The amount and type of personal data we collect from you will be limited to what is necessary, reasonable, lawful and for identified purposes. They may include the following (non-exhaustive list):

  • National identification number/passport number or other form of identification number (Last 4 digits)
  • Organisation
  • Designation
  • Number of years of tax experience
  • Description of job scope
  • Billing Name
  • Billing Address
  • Business email address
  • Business contact number

How do we use your personal data

  • For providing the service to you i.e. when you register for the programmes, webinars, examinations or any other events with TA
  • For financial and payment matters, and/or other general administration matters
  • For gathering and responding to feedback, enquiries, surveys and/or other data analysis to improve our services
  • For sending marketing materials with your consent
  • For publicity through the use of your photographs and videos recordings taken at classes or during examinations

Who we share your personal data with

We may share necessary data within Tax Academy and other Government agencies, so as to serve you in a most efficient and effective way, unless such sharing is prohibited by legislation. We will NOT share your personal data with non-Government entities, except where such entities have been authorised to carry out specific Government services.

To safeguard your personal data, all electronic storage and transmission of personal data are secured with appropriate security technologies.
